Kay Guenther

Kay Guenther,  originally from Zurich, Switzerland, has graduated from Northeastern University (Boston) in 2015 with a degree in finance and management primarily focusing on the real estate industry. He has 4 years of practical real estate business experience by working in residential real estate and property management in his hometown of Zurich in combination revealing insight into global corporate real estate management by working for the Boston Consulting Group, based out of Boston.

The family business owns and manages over 20 residential properties in Zurich, Switzerland. Mr. Guenther is managing the day to day operations of project acquisitions, financing, project budget/schedule management, marketing/pricing and evaluation of the area market demand and supply dynamics for individual projects.




Torsten E. Maehle, originally born in Erlangen, Germany in 1987. After his studies in Business Administration, in the Carl Albrecht University in Kiel, Germany; He started a career in the event industry in his early teenage years, owning a $1M company by the age of 22 years old, being the leading provider for professional light and sound system for all northern German states.

After having explored the east and west coast of the United States, Torsten partnered up with Herbert Baum, the President of Michelangelo Homes LLC, as their managing partner for Publiclight USA LLC. Their new line of business was developing light fixtures with eco friendly LED lights for sale to the American market. This company earned awards like the Las Vegas Market 2014 High Design selection.

After a great success in the lighting and decoration industry, the focus was set in bigger projects, such as full home renovations. Focusing on updating properties in order to improve their value and the overall value of the building or neighborhood they reside in, Torsten earned his realtor's license in 2016 and invested his earnings from the sale of his companies in reality around the Miami coast. He also serves voluntarily as president of several condominium associations in Miami and Miami Beach.
